Returns and Refund Policy

2. "Like New" Condition (Mandatory)

Hygiene: The product must be returned in a like new clean condition.

Tip: Use a pillowcase or bag during your tests to protect the item.

Packaging: The pillow must be placed in a bag (standard accepted) and the original box must be in good condition.
3. Eligibility

❌ Earplugs: Not returned if packaging is open.

✅ Pillow, Masks & Pads: Return possible if condition is "like new".

⚖️ Sales: 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
