• Prices: Prices are indicated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• Products: Noxya strives to present the products with the greatest accuracy. However, photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Order and Payment

• Validation: The order is firm once payment is validated by the customer. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

• Payment: Payment can be made by credit card or via the secure payment methods offered on the Shopify platform.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times: Products are delivered within 5 to 8 working days after order processing.

• Tracking: A tracking number is provided to the customer upon shipment.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with legislation, the customer has 14 days to change their mind.

• "As New" condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in an as new and clean condition. We recommend using a pillowcase or protective pouch for testing.

• Hygiene exclusions: Earplugs cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or unsealed.

• Packaging: The item must be placed in a pouch (standard accepted) and the original box must be returned in good condition.
