Delivery Policy

• Delivery Times: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days. (weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Shipping: shipping within 24 to 48 hours.

• Tracking: Tracking number sent by email upon shipment.

Returns and Refund Policy

1. Deadline and Trial Period

• 14 days to test your products and request a return.

2. "Like New" Condition (Mandatory)

• Hygiene: The product must be returned in a like new clean condition.

• Advice: Use a pillowcase or a cover during your tests to protect the item.

• Packaging: The pillow must be placed in a cover (standard accepted) and the original box must be in good condition.

3. Eligibility

• ❌ Earplugs: Not returnable if packaging is opened.

• ✅ Pillow, Masks & Pads: Return possible if in "like new" condition.

• ⚖️ Sales: 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
